Displays networking for Europe
A consortium of six European organisations forms this network for enhancing the competitiveness of the European advanced displays community. Funded by the European Commission, adria aims to create a "one stop shop" for advanced information display technology for Europe.
adria (advanced displays research integration action) is a co-ordination action within the sixth Framework Programme, Information Society Technologies (IST), funded by the European Commission (EC). The two year project is coordinated by the DFF and has started in October 2004.
The adria mission is to strengthen the display industries in Europe by creating a permanent European platform on advanced displays research and technology.
Industry professionals and academia are encouraged to participate in the adria activities in order to benefit from the provided services free of charge. Depending on the different workpackages, dedicated networking, working group or roadmapping meetings are organized. adria provides the framework for these meetings, manages all organizational issues, e.g. the recording of results, the preparation of the minutes, and the follow-up.
Get involved in adria now, enter the products/services of your organisation and/or your ongoing research activities into the adria competence mapping application. Go to [ Members / Register ] to obtain your password.

- equipment, tools and instrument suppliers
- material and component suppliers
- display manufacturers
- display integrators and distributors
- display end-users (OEMs).
